Hi, I’m Helen & I’m a Physiotherapist
A chartered physiotherapist with over 25 years' experience helping people stay mobile and independent in their own homes and care settings. I specialise in older adults and frailty, falls prevention, stroke, Parkinson's, MS, post-operative orthopaedic rehabilitation, learning disabilities and postural care.
My background is in community physiotherapy, including senior and lead specialist roles, and I'm HCPC registered, a CSP member and DBS checked.
Hampden Healthcare brings specialist, hands-on physiotherapy to you, in the place where you're most comfortable.
Every person I work with has their own goals and their own pace. If you would like to talk through whether I can help, I’m always happy to have a first conversation, no pressure, just a chance to see if it’s a good fit.
